Q. What is lymph drainage?
A.  A precise and specific type of massage that strengthens the immune system, eliminates stress, effectively serotonin uptake in the brain and rebalances the lymphatic system.

Q. How long does a treatment take?
A. About one hour

Q. How many treatments will I need?
A. For most situations a series of 10 treatments is recommended.  However, each client needs to be assessed individually and a treatment plan devised, more or less treatments will be determined  on a individual basis.

Q. Is lymphatic massage covered by insurance?
A. It depends upon your insurance company.  Many companies do provide coverage. You will need to check with your insurance company to determine your level of coverage.

Q. What does the lymph system do?
A.  The lymph system is your immune system.  It is the delivery system for nutrients as well as the removal system for toxins for each and every cell, organ and system within the body.

Q.Who needs lymphatic massage?
A. We can all benefit from lymphatic massage because it provides a way for the acceleration of the flow of the lymph throughout the system in a way that cannot
be accomplished otherwise.  Most specifically anyone suffering from chronic fatigue, arthritis, auto immune dysfunction, edema, colds, flu  or other acute
illnesses and the elderly.  The elderly especially benefit because lymphatic massage restores the flow of lymphatic fluid throughout the body and relieves
the aches and pains associated with aging.

Q. How do I know if I need lymphatic massage?
A. Check to see how you’re feeling.  If you feel sluggish, tired, have aches and pains, or any of the conditions listed above, You need lymphatic massage.

Q. What parts of the body are massaged in lymphatic massage?
A. This is a full body technique.

Q.Can I have a lymphatic massage while I’m sick?
A. In most cases lymphatic is the best thing you can do for yourself if you are sick.

Q. What are the after/side effects of lymphatic massage?
A.  Aside from feeling refreshed and relaxed, as though you had a full night of restful sleep.
